4 lbs. beef brisket
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
celery salt to taste
1/2 of a 5 oz. bottle Liquid Smoke
1/2 of a 5 oz bottle Worcestershire Sauce
Bottled barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of brisket with garlic, onion and celery salts. Place brisket in a close fitting glass dish lined with enough heavy duty foil to wrap brisket. Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over brisket. Seal and refrigerate for 12 hours or longer. Turn meat occasionally.

Bake brisket in oven preheated to 275º for about 5 hours or until tender. Roll back foil and cover top layer of brisket with a generous layer of barbeque sauce. Seal foil again and bake 1 hour longer.

For a different finish, cover top layer of brisket with barbeque sauce and finish on the grill.
