2 lb. ground sirloin
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 small cans chopped green chilies
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1-2 bags regular doritos
4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and drain.
Add soups, green chilies, and tomatoes, do not drain liquids. Simmer on low for 7-10 minutes.

In a greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish, layer chips, sauce mixture and cheese alternately, ending with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges.
