2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, cut in halfs
1 cup Jasmine Rice
2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup pace picante sauce, or your favorite

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2-quart saucepan, add oil and brown garlic, remove from oil and discard.

Brown rice in oil and then add chicken broth and picante sauce. Cover pan with a tight lid and cook for 20 minutes on simmering heat. Do not stir while cooking. Once it is dry, fluff with a fork and serve.
