Personal Notes:
This recipe is from Kelly, she had a bridal tea for me a couple weeks before I got married. It was so special and so much fun! Grandma, the Aunties and married girl cousins were there. We looked at pictures from everyone's weddings, it was very special. Kelly sent us each a recipe to make, and this is the one she sent me. I remember getting it and thinking -- me? make scones?? I thought they would be super hard, but I was wrong, they are so yummy and so easy!
