2 jars (6.5 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
3/4 c (3 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 - 2 fresh garlic cloves, pressed


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a small glass casserole dish with Pam. Combine artichokes, spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic; mix well and spoon into casserole dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
