1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
9 oz mild taco sauce
12 soft corn tortillas
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
ºBown meat and onions. Drain off grease. Add soups and taco sauce. Simmer a few minutes. Grease large pan and line with half of the tortillas. Layer cheese & meat & tortillas. top with cheese & bake @ 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
