Ingredients: 4 Full racks of baby back pork ribs 2 cups red wine
ANCHO CHILE RUB 4 tsp ancho chili powder 2 TBL coarse sea salt 2 TBL brown sugar 3 tsp cumin 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp granulated garlic 1 tsp granulated onion 2 tsp ground pepper

Directions:Sprinkle the rub on both sides of the pork ribs, rubbing it to adhere. Place ribs in roasting pan curved bone side down. Pour wine in pan and cover with foil. Bake in a 300 oven 2 hours until tender and almost ready to fall off the bone. Remove from oven and uncover.
Heat gas Bar-B-Q to med high
Brush meat side of ribs with Ancho Bar B Q Sauce. Recipe in sauces.
Place sauce side down on grill and brush bone side with sauce
Turn ribs when the sauce starts to brown and there are nice grill marks on the meat side. Brush more sauce on top of ribs and close B-B-Q lid, cooking until sauce is glazed and a bit sticky, 3-5 minutes. |
