1 pound ground beef
1 can Rol-tel tomatoes with chilie peppers, drained
OR 1 cup picante sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion or 1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 pounds Velveeta cheese, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in microwave safe colander set on a pan to catch the fat. Place next 6 ingredients in microwave bowl and add ground beef, put on high for 3 minutes. On medium power add cheese and stir off and on until completely melted. Garnish with chopped green onions, pepper or parsley.
Add Tabasco sauce if you prefer dip hot. Serve with chips.

This is a great dip. Men especially love it. I did a demonstration of this recipe for the Kansas Cattlewomen at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchison and it was very well received. It can be Sunday night supper with a Pepsi.
