1 pkg Chocolate Jello pudding
1 small tub Cool Whip
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup evaporated sugar
2 graham cracker crust (I use the pre-made)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Separately, combine 1/2 tub of Cool Whip, evaporated sugar, and cream cheese. Blend this mixture until smooth.

Layer whipped mixture on top of graham cracker crust. Next add a layer of pudding. Next, layer with 1/2 of remaining Cool Whip from tub. Garnish with nuts. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
