1 c. sugar
2-1/2 c. water
1 1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat sugar and water over moderate heat; stir until dissolved. Bring to boil; boil for five minutes. Cool to room temperature; stir in fruit juices and orange zest. Pour into ice cube tray or plastic container and freeze until mushy, stirring every 30 minutes. Spoon into tall glasses and serve immediately with spoon or straw. If mixture freezes too hard, chop into chunks and pulse in food processor until mushy.
