Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 stick of butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Chicken broth
Package of stuffing bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together until you get a moist mixture of bread. This can be put together the night before so the onion and celery can get softer. Alternately, the onions and celery can be sauteed in the butter before adding to the bread crumbs. Cook in 350ºF oven until done. Periodically add chicken broth to the mix as it is baking to keep it moist. I use a large cast iron skillet to cook the stuffing in.
