1 c. rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 c. rice until half done. Saute the onion in butter. Add: soup, cheese, broccoli, and mushroom to the rice and sautéed onions.
If mixture is too thick, add up to 1 c. water. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
