6 lbs. Beef Ribs
3 Medium Yellow Onions - Sliced
BBQ Sauce - Sweet Baby Ray's
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Heavy Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Cut beef ribs into individual ribs if your butcher has not already done so. Lay a rack in the bottom of a disposable aluminum roasting pan. Place the ribs on top of the rack. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and cover with onion slices.

Tightly seal with two (2) layers of heavy foil and cook at 300º for five (5) hours.

One half (1/2) hour before done, open the top of the foil and put BBQ sauce on the ribs and put back in the oven for the remaining one half hour (you can also place the ribs under the broiler but watch them closely so they do not burn).

Another tasty way to cook beef ribs is to place sauerkraut in the bottom of a roasting pan, put the ribs on top (on a rack), seal then bake for five (5) hours. One half hour before done, open the top of the foil and put BBQ sauce on the ribs and put back in the oven for the remaining one half (1/2) hour.
