1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 1/2 C packed brown sugar (plus 2 T.divided)
4 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. sour cream
4 eggs
4 C. chopped, peeled apples (about 3 - 4)
3/4 C. chopped pecans
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix crumbs, butter and 2 T. brown sugar; press onto bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 min. at 325.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; blend. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Mix remaining 1/2 C. sugar, apples, pecans and cinnamon; spoon over batter. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour, 10 min. Cool. Best if refrigerated 3 to 4 hours before serving.
