1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
Salt & Cayenne Pepper to taste
Flour
Peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean shrimp and season well. beat flour, egg, buttermilk and seasonings together to desired thickness. may add more or less flour to the batter. Dip the shrimp into the batter and then dredge into flour for a thicker batter. Deep fry in hot oil (at least 365 degrees) until golden brown.
