garlic salt
celery salt
onion salt
Worcestershire
Liquid Smoke
sliced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in pan that has been lined with foil
cover with the seasonings, Worcestershire, a little Liquid Smoke, and top with thin sliced onions . Wrap up the meat tightly in the foil.
Bake at 250 all day!

This is the easiest recipe ever and smells so good to come home to! It's also a very inexpensive recipe. Usually a 4-5 pound brisket works well, but larger or smaller briskets work too! We used to make this to use for sandwiches for the Mardi Gras Parade at Mrs. Micki's House. If there are leftovers, freeze and you'll have a ready-made supper one night when you are too tired to cook!
