1 cup boiling water
1 cup 100% bran cereal
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups All Bran Cereal
2 1/2 cups plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over 100% Bran and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs.
Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add All Bran.
Add flour mixture to butter and sugar alternately with buttermilk.
Add 100% Bran mixture.
Grease muffin pan or use paper liners.
Fill cups 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated 400º oven 20 to 25 minutes.

Store batter in air-tight container in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
