2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 cups chopped pecans (divided)
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2-3 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 Tablespoon seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, drained pineapple, green pepper and onions together and fold in about 1/2 cup of chopped pecans (reserving 1-1/2 cup). Form into one or two balls and roll in the remaining 1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans. Refrigerate several hours or best to chill overnight. Service with crackers.
