1/3 C. honey
1 C. very hot water
1 C. heavy sweet cream
2 pkgs. yeast
2 C. whole wheat flour
4 large eggs
3 C. whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve honey in the hot water and add cream. Let cool slightly and add yeast. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Add eggs and mix. Add rest of flour, mix and knead. Let rise until double. Shape into loaves, let rise and bake. DO NOT let dough rise too much in the pans, as it will rise in the oven more than other breads. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
