4 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
4 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 bag chocolate chips
12 oz baking chocolate cut into pieces
2 oz unsweetened chocolate cut into pieces
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cups dried sweetened cherries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped almonds

Line 15 x 10 pan with foil; grease foil.

In saucepan, cook sugar, butter and evaporated milk, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Heat to full boil; stirring constantly. Boil uncovered over medium het without stirring 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add marshmallows; stir until melted; add chocolate chips, baking chocolate and unsweetened chocolate; stirring constantly until all chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanila, almond extract, cherries and slivered almonds.

Quickly spread mixture in pan; sprinkle with chopped almonds; press nuts gently into fudge. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours.
