SAUCE MIX:
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

MEATLOAF:
2 # hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs (or crushed crackers)
1 egg beaten
1 small onion (grate small)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for sauce set aside.

Mix ingredients for meatloaf. Add 1/2 of the sauce mix and mix. Put in glass pan. Cook on HI for 10 minutes. Pour off excess grease. Add remaining sauce to top of loaf. Continue cooking on HI for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
