3-4 Pork Chops
1 C uncooked Uncle Ben’s Rice
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes dissolved in 1 C Water
28 oz can Whole Tomatoes, slightly drained
1 Green Pepper, cut into circles

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish with Pam spray. Place uncooked rice in casserole dish. Place pork chops on top of rice. Arrange green pepper on top of chops. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes with 1 cup hot water. Pour dissolved bouillon over chops followed by tomatoes and another 1 ¼ cups liquid (tomato and water if need). Bake for 40 minutes at 350º.
