35-40 lbs brisket
9 bottles of chili sauce
1 1/4 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c burgundy wine
10 onions chopped in big pieces
garlic powder
Spike

Directions:
Directions:
Take either a whole brisket or the larger half. Season well with garlic powder and Spike. Slice a few onions over. In a small mixing bowl, mix together a little chili sauce, a little brown sugar and some wine. Pour over the brisket and cover. Bake in a slow (300-325 F) oven for several hours until tender. Remove the meat, cool and slice when warm. Chill the sauce until it's easy to remove accumulated fat. Whirl the sauce in the cuisinart and then place the sliced meat in it. Reheat to serve.
