1 1/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Softened Margarine or Butter
12 Cup of Chopped Walnuts

2 - 8 oz. Packages Softened Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Cool Whip

4 Packages Instant Lemon or Vanilla Pudding
5 Cups Milk
Directions:

Mix these three ingredients as you would pie dough. Put in a 9X13 pan and bake 30 min. At 350º
Check after 25 minutes, Do not let it get too brown. Let cool.

Mix with electric mixer. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over crust and spread carefully so as not to break up crust.

Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese mixture and spread carefully. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
