1 1/2 c sugar
1c sour cream
1/2c margarine-softened
3 eggs
1 1/2c mashed bananas--about 3 large
2tsp vanilla
2c flour
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1c chopped walnuts(reserve 1/2)
cream cheese frosting ingredients:
6oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla
4c powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients(except frosting ingredient) and pour into a well-greased jelly roll pan(15 1/2X10 1/2X1). Bake @350º for 25-30 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting, sprinkle with remaining nuts.
