2 1/2 lb. pork spareribs (ask butcher for Center Cut Ribs and have these cut into 1/3rd sections crosswise)

1/3 cup Rice Wine
1 teas. minced Garlic
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Black Bean and Garlic Sauce (Lee Kum Kee Brand)
3 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
-Mix all ingredients together then add spareribs.

-Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

-Fill steam pan with water and bring to boil.

-Place spareribs in a pie plate and place in steamer pan.

-Steam spareribs (on a slow simmer) for approximately 1 hour. (until tender)
