4 slices toasted bread
1 can (#1) salmon, drain off juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cream or 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas ( mix in a bit w/ soup)

Directions:
Directions:
Place toast in a greased 9 X 9 pan. Top with layer of salmon. Thin soup with cream and mix in other ingredients. Spoon over the salmon, add peas, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese melts and is bubbly, approx. 20-25 minutes.
