4 - 8oz packages of cream cheese
4 TB milk
1 - 4 oz chipped beef cut up fine
4 tsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 C sour cream

put in crock and bake in oven 350º 15 minutes until bubbly

serve with assorted crackers
