1 box chocolate cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1 c oil
11/2 c buttermilk

Frosting
1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 c powdered sugar
1- 16 oz container frozen whipped topping
4 chocolate candy bars, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 3- 9 in round cake pans. Bake at 350º for 25-30 min.

Frosting-
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread generous amounts between cooked cake layers, then finish frosting sides and top of cake. Store in refrigerator.
