1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup cocktail peanuts
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and corn syrup together and microwave about 3-4 minutes (3 mins. for me). My Pyrex 8-cup measuring cup works great for this recipe. Stir in peanuts and microwave 3-4 minutes (3 mins. for me). Stir in butter and vanilla and microwave 1-2 minutes more. It will get brown - stop there. Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda and then pour onto buttered foil.
