1 16 oz sirloin steak cut into 2 portions

2 teaspoons cracked black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

Salt

Whiskey Pepper Sauce 1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon chopped onion

2 cups of canned beef broth

¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 clove garlic pressed

2 tablespoon whiskey

1 green onion chopped

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak in 2 tablespoons of butter, salt steak lightly, as they brown brush on sauce, when steak is almost done pour sauce over the steak.

You can also barbecue steak on the grill.
