6 cups chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup
4 cups chicken broth
3 cans hot crushed pineapple
3 cans chow mein noodles
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups red or green peppers, chopped
2 cups green onion, chopped
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups slivered almonds
10 to 12 cups cooked white rice

Mix chicken, soup, and broth in sauce pan or crock pot. Heat thoroughly. When serving, layer rice, chicken, then other ingredients as desired.
