brisket - any size
Worchestershire sauce
black pepper
Tony's Creole seasoning
garlic powder
red pepper
salt
1/2 can beer - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure brisket will bend back and forth before you buy it. Trim off some of the fat. Put in a large enamel pan, sprinkle with lots of worchestershire sauce, black pepper, creole seasoning, little garlic powder, red pepper and salt. Rub seasoning in well and add beer if desired. Cover with foil (shiny side on top of meat ), marinate for 3-4 days, turning at least twice a day. Bake at 325º, covered for 3-4 hours, smoke on grill until done.
