1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 cup powdered sugar
11-oz cream cheese
1 (9-oz) carton prepared whipped topping
2 regular size packages instant chocolate pudding
2-1/2 cups milk
4-1/2 oz prepared whipped topping

Mix flour, margarine, 2 tablespoon powdered sugar and nuts together. Press in a 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Let cool. For second layer, mix together 1 cup powdered sugar, cream cheese and prepared whipped topping. Spread over first layer. Blend together chocolate pudding and milk. Let stand a few minutes and spread over second layer. Spread the top with 4-1/2 oz prepared whipped topping and a sprinkling of chopped nuts. Refrigerate or freeze.
