2 lbs pork spare ribs, cut in 2 in sections
˝ lemon
2 spring onion
2 garlic
˝ tbsp cooking wine

Marinade: ˝ tbsp dark soy sauce
Seasonings:
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dark soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel lemon, keep and chop peel. Slice and remove seeds.Rinse and wipe spare ribs. Marinade with dark soy sauce and wait for 20 min. Deep fry until golden color.Sauté garlic and spring onion. Put spare ribs in and a splash wine. Pour 2 cups of water, boil until done. Cook over mild heat for 30 mins.Put lemon slices and seasonings in stew for 10 mins.Cook until ribs tender, add lemon peel, stir fry
**Thicken with cornflour water
