"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Grease or Pam a 6 cup muffin pan. Brown hamburger, onion and then add BBQ sauce, making sure the mixture stays thick. Press one biscuit in each muffin cup being sure to bring it up the sides to the top of each cup. Spoon the mixture into each cup and top each with a slice of
Velveeta cheese. Put into an oven at the temperature recommend on biscuit can and cook until the biscuit is brown and the cheese is melted and golden brown. (Will vary from oven to oven so watch closely). With any extra biscuits, you can press them all together and press flat into a small baking pan and do the same thing as above or make a small pizza with any left over mixture adding mozzarella cheese to the top. Bake the same way.
