Ingredients:  
1/2 C. white sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. shortening
Cream together then add:
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix well and add:
1/3 C. peanut butter
1 C. flour
1 C. oatmeal

Icing:
2 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. peanut butter
Enough canned milk to make spreading consistency.

Mix well. Press out over 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 357º for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with melted chocolate bar, (large). Allow to cool then put in refrigerator until chocolate has set up or hardened then spread with icing. Cut into serving pieces.
