2 racks of babyback pork ribs
Dens BBQ rub (see miscellaneous for recipe)
Barbecue sauce of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Start day before BBQ. Make rub per recipe in miscellaneous section. Cover babyback ribs with rub and place in refrigerator over night. Next day remove ribs and scrap off rub. Place in smoker at 185-200 for 2 hours, just long enough to start cooking, do not over cook. Remove from smoker and place on BBQ, brush with barbecue sauce of choice and cook until done.
