1/3 c. butter
2 c. marshmallows
Dash of salt
½ tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. powder sugar
1 14 oz. pkg. light caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, partially melt butter, add marshmallows, salt, almond extract. Gradually add: 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix until smooth. Roll into tootsie roll sized logs and chill.

In a separate pan, melt caramels, sweetened condensed milk and butter on the stovetop. When caramel is slightly cooled, dip logs into caramel and roll into crushed salted peanuts. Chill and roll again.
