Ingredients:  
1 lg onion, sliced 1 pkg dry onion soup
1 lg bottle horseradish garlic
Beef Brisket 1 bottle white wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut fat off of Brisket.
2. Line bottom of roasting pan with foil and cover with
1/2 of onions. Place brisket on top of onions.
3. Mix soup, horseradish and garlic into a paste and
rub over the top of brisket. Cover with rest of onions
4. Pour white wine over brisket. Seal roaster with foil.
5. Roast at 300º for 1 hour per pound. Do not uncover
while roasting. Serve with Latkes (potato pancakes)
and applesauce.
