1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 c. shredded cabbage
2 (10 3/4 oz.) can Tomato Soup
1 c. salsa
2 c. cooked rice
2/3 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Spray a 9" X 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Brown meat and onion. Place cabbage in pan, combine with meat, and rice. Mix well with soup, salsa, and cheese. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
