2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
3 cups milk
1/3 cup tapioca
1/4-1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 squares chocolate
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until frothy; adding 1/4 cup sugar gradually until rounded peaks are formed. Put egg yolks in saucepan, add milk gradually stirring in. Add tapioca, sugar, salt and chocolate, stirring well. Set over medium heat and bring mixture to a full boil (5-8 minutes) stirring constantly. Do not overcook. Remove from heat, add egg whites gradually and the vanilla. Cool.
