3/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups fresh peaches
1 package unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup hot water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of salt
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 baked crust
Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to peaches, let stand 30 minutes. Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in hot water, cool and add to peach mixture, lemon juice and salt. Chill until partly set. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into baked crust and chill thoroughly.
