Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 rack of ribs

Rub for ribs:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin each

Sauce for ribs:
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter/margarine
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (I use red hot sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle ribs with garlic powder or real garlic and cook covered at 300º for 2 hours.
Let ribs cool slightly and then sprinkle with rub.
To make sauce, saute the onions in the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook till it's thickened, about 10 minutes.
Save half the sauce for dipping during dinner and use the other half as you grill the ribs. Grill them for about 15 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Oddly, my rib recipe only requires 15 minutes of grilling, not 6 hours!
