1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter
6-oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1-1/4 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy sauce pan, melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Add sugar and cocoa powder and stir well. Blend in corn syrup. Slowly whisk in heavy cream. Bring to a low boil and reduce heat. Simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Scrape down sides of pan. Remove sauce from heat. Stir in vanilla and transfer to a jar. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerate.
