1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon extract or flavoring
Food coloring, if desired
2-1/4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add extract or flavoring and food coloring. Gradually add powdered sugar. Knead until mixture is consistency of pie dough. Roll into marble-sized balls and dip in sugar. With sugar side down, press mint into a mint mold, covering all edges to center. Unmold onto waxed paper.
