4 lb. pork shoulder roast

RUB MIX:
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

2 cups apple juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. worcheshire sauce
1 tbsp. liquid smoke

Liberally sprinkle the rub all over the road, cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.

Next day - put the apple juice, apple cider vinegar, worcheshire sauce & liquid smoke in crockpot.

Place pork roast in crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
