3 lbs. lean beef stew meat cut in small pieces
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
1 packet of Herbox
2 cans undiluted mushroom soup
1 4 oz. can mushrooms drained
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 cup water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole and cover tightly with foil or lid and bake at 300 for 4 hours. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
