1 cup plus a little more quick oats
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 lb margarine
chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix quick oats, sugar and flour. Add in beaten eggs, vanilla extract and melted margarine.

Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper, and drop and flatten 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture at a time. Garnish with 3-4 chocolate chips.

Bake at 350º for approximately 12 minutes. They may need 1-2 minutes more, but make sure to check first.

Cool in the pan.

Put in refrigerator if you need to harden the chocolate chips.
