1 medium sized Brisket (recipe can be multiplied)
3 onions (browned with salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin)
1 c. of sliced carrots
1 can of "whole berry" cranberry sauce
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of beef broth
1 cup of white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Blend lightly browned onions in food processor and transfer to a large pot with a lid. Add all the other ingredients to cover brisket and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a few hours until the brisket is tender. Remove brisket from liquid and let cool. Slice brisket (against the grain) and place on a serving platter. Heat remaining sauce and pour over brisket when ready to serve.
